EDIT: As for Muchi Muchi Pork, there is a dude that got a 1-Loop 253mil ALL with Ikuo. I saw it a month or two ago. It'll probably be in the next Arcadia. I'll try and hunt down the exact score and give it to you.

March 08 update!
Finally some decent Death Smiles scores.
I wasn't sure what the exact names of the Otomedius characters are. If anyone could give me any info about them I'd appreciate that.
Also there are NO Mushi Futari BL scores.
And finally Dame K.K has posted his counter stop.

I have the issue before the one PLASMO mentioned, looks like there's an Ibara score from ACR in it:
32,920,300

I'm a bit crap at recognizing kanji and such, but it looks like the ones for Ibara to me.

A guy here, named Ressa, recently got a score of 423,609,896 with Folette (Non-Canyon run), which looks to be a new DeathSmiles WR.

Just noticed on that same page a dude named DBS got a score of 2,453,939,187 in Mushi Futari Black Label in Original mode with Reco. That's by far the highest score with Reco I've seen yet.

Also, check out RLF's 2.5bil Original mode score with Palm.

Just picked up the latest Death Smiles Arcadia scores from 2ch:

Looks like Rosa sucks ass for scoring.

Maniac Mode (Reco) - GFA2-ISO
Maniac Mode (Palm) - unknown guy
God Mode (Reco) - TAC. He finished with 0 lives left, so either he didn't get to Spiritual Larsa, or there
is some nasty boss after her if you no miss her. Rumors are speculating that the latter case is true.
God Mode (Palm) - Emaaru (also finished with 0 lives)

Where is SWY? Trying to counterstop Ultra w/ Reco??

Alright, I got the Arcadia Mushi futari Black Label scores. Note these scores were done by the deadline of 1/14/2008. The original mode scores have been far surpassed since then, so you can ignore them:

Thanks for updating those WR scores...
By the way, is there somewhere a top 10 or top 20 or even more !! japanese scores for cave games ? It's cool to see the WR score, but it's also good to see the other scores. With those you can locate where you are and what is your level.
May be this should be somewhere on japanese forums, like we do here for the rest of the world...

These scores are from the recent Arcadia, which had a deadline of 2/17. I see the gamebox score you're referring to was submitted for the next issue of Arcadia, which had a deadline of 3/16.

Since Arcadia didnt list them i guess the highest harder score is the one on the dvd (19mill). highest extended score probably is a counterstop

@ast-kot: yes, the score is 3,067,631,369 by DBS (Original mode, Reco), it was acheived on 3/16/2008. Quite an amazing score.

I saw different way of approcing the original mode with reko and palm; the way that some player use reko to obtain a great number of item from the enemies is so impresive...

Playing with Ram I saw him obtain over 400.000.000 at the end of the third stage and he said that some player, maybe
Dbs or Iso finish the third stage with over 500K....

The way to obtain a great score with Reko is to learn the rotation of her option:/

He says if he could no miss no bomb the last boss, he'd be able to get around 3.4bil. So apparently he's going to work on that.

Wonder if NAL fought Spiritual Larsa? He said he finished with 4 lives and 3 bombs.
